Height 183, weight 74. Took L. Sitting properly, but slightly cramped sleeves.

If You want to buy, choose the white ones, they are v. good quality. The black one is super tacky so go with the white, seriously. SIZE: I am 179cm ~80kg and usually wear pants L and top M, in this case i chose M and it is too big. I bought S for the tight and snug fit and it is fantastic. Works really well.
