Stepping into Arendelle

Close your eyes and imagine entering a place where you're walking down a path that leads to a big lake. You'll see a tall, icy castle on a mountain across the lake. Now open your eyes and Tada! That's Elsa's Ice Palace in Frozen Land, Disneyland Paris. The area all around it looks like a town in Norway, with wooden houses and a place for everyone to meet. This whole new area is called Frozen Land.

This place looks like the Arendelle kingdom. And you'll feel like someone saying, Welcome to Arendelle!  You can walk on paths and see gardens and the lake.  You'll see the lake from many spots. As you go toward the water, you'll pass a port and a lighthouse. These are great places to take pictures. It's a great place to walk and also to just stop and look at the beauty of the palace.

Do you know what the good news is? You'll find all kinds of things to do, whether you want to be active or just relax at the heart of Frozen Land.

Frozen Ever After Boat Ride

Want to see Elsa and Anna? This is a boat ride through the Frozen movie. This is the main ride in the park. You'll see Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and all their friends. There are no scary drops or sharp turns, so it's good for all ages.  It uses music and moving robots to tell a story.

Character Meet & Greets

Excited to meet Anna, Elsa, and Olaf in special places inside Frozen Land? They will be waiting for you in themed spots that look just like the movie's castle. It'll be the first time for everyone, and they will be impatiently waiting for this moment,  so make sure to find out the schedule when you arrive. 

Dining Options

Ready to eat? You can go to a restaurant with a great view. The restaurant has big windows looking out at the lake. They'll have different kinds of food. You can also get snacks like snowflake cookies. The restaurant will be very popular, so be sure to book a table early after it opens.

Shopping

Want to buy a gift? The shop will have lots of Frozen things. You can find Elsa's shiny tiaras, Anna's beautiful dresses, and plush toys of Olaf. It is a good idea to decide how much to spend before you go inside.

Lake Shows

What happens at the lake every day and night? It will have special shows! They will use lights and water to make a beautiful show. You can watch from many places all around the lake, so you will not want to miss it.

Promenade and Gardens

Looking for a quiet place to rest? There will be a walking path with beautiful gardens and places to sit. This area will be perfect for taking a break from the rides. Kids can also run and play there.

Planning Your Visit as a First-Timer

If your first trip to Disneyland Paris is after Frozen Land opens, it's a good idea to plan before you go, as it will be very helpful and will make your visit much better. 

• Go on a weekday if you can, to avoid big crowds.
• Get to the park early and go to the Frozen ride right away before the lines get long.
• You can use Disney Premier Access to skip the line for popular rides.
• Book a table for the restaurant as soon as you can.
• Try to find out the show times so you can get a good spot to watch the show.

Frozen Land will be very fun, but it is not the only place to go. You should plan to spend one day at Disneyland Park and a second day at Disney Adventure World.
