The only way we can facilitate a replacement for different size or color, is if you send us the product back, we will verify that it has not been used and still has original tags and is not damaged. You will also need to send us $50USD change fee per item.
We will then immediately send you the same item in your new preferred color / size.

Pack quickly dotarła. Quality good. Unfortunately size proved to be too small. Clothing rather for dog with a lightweight construction. Slim labradorite has for snugly in arms and in the neck. ;(

I ordered a size med. it should have fit but size description was off. So ordered a size large for my mini schnauzer. It came super quick but zipper is faulty. Will not zip closed. I had noticed that was a complaint of someone else. I kept the medium size as I thought I might be able to sell it and not go through sending it back. The zipper on that one works great. I hate to have to do it. But going to buy a zipper and try to fix myself. This was the black and pink one. I was going to order it in red if large size worked but now I’m not so happy. Zipper is broken
